It features tiers of ruffles and an off shoulder bodice with double strand skinny shoulder straps. There are cute silk rosettes along the shoulder line and at the waist. A blush colored silk ribbon belt with long tails is attached. The dress closes at the left side with snaps and hooks and eyes.
