Nice base piece with hollow metal pieces welded into place. Chain also welded onto back of buckle. I included a photo of what it will look like when fastened for smaller waists: either chain will show through center of buckle or you could have links removed to fit your waist size. 31 waist or less. Over all great condition. No signature found.
