Run by Andrew Symington, owner and founder of Signatory Vintage, the Highland distillery is truly a luminary owner. Since he took over, very diverse bottlings have come onto the market on a regular basis. Edradour bottles single malts under its own name without peat smoke, as a ballechin with peat smoke. Ballechin 10 Year Old was made with 50ppm
