Penley Shiraz “Son of Titan” canberra Pass the rouilleAromas of raspberry, licorice, plum and spice give way to a sweet, fruity core complemented by cocoa notes and savoury tannins. The Atlas is an ideal food wine, perfectly pairing with everything from midweek pasta to roasted cauliflower and pork belly.
