It has a large speaker that sounds great when quiet or loud. The potentiometers have been opened a cleaned and this radio sounds like new. It also has a super nice built in antenna that drastically improves reception. This radio works perfectly and the backlight also works. The cabinet is in great condition, as are the knobs and the grill cloth.
