Rashad * I Was Told There'd Be Gold [New LP] 4/16/21 His keyboards - harpsichordsThis album concludes a trilogy that has spanned years, a deeply personal journey narrated through sound. I Was Told Thered Be Gold is not merely the final chapter of a story but a profound reflection on the pursuit of something promised. Chords and samples were meticulously crafted and chopped by Rashad himself in his home studio, with his family nearby. Inspired by a desire for an authentic and one of a kind piece of work, he drew from his memories.
