Dudognon Paulin 60 yrs GC 43% 700ml chablis 1er cru 2023 International Wine and SpiritIt is a blend of cognacs coming exclusively from the family's vineyard The robe is a deep amber mahogany and very bright. On the nose, very nice sensations of white flowers, recently mown herbs, leather and musk with a light and very elegant finish of chocolate vanilla and undergrowth. In the mouth it has a strong and elegant presence of vanilla and wood with a very long finish.
