"Cocidius" Teal Filigree Angel Vintage Shaped Fascinator Hat harness decorated with a birds nestVery detailed one of a kind headdress featuring cherubs, filigree, roses & tentacles on a black blocked & wired sinamay fascinator hat. This headpiece attaches with a handmade black wired frame and hat elastic. The photos don't do the colour justice, this is a flip paint which shimmers under the light, it seems to move between black, blue and teal green. Approx measurements: Base: 11cm wide x 21cm long (perfect for Royal Ascot) Weight: 170g
