Ashton Hills Piccadilly Valley Vintage Rosé Sparkling 2021 barbera-dalba recognising its potential also asAttractive salmon hue. Aromas of fresh strawberries and raspberry coulis, with slight brioche and biscuit notes. Crunchy and red fruited, the palate is fresh and vibrant with a lovely acid line. Bottle fermentation is evident in the complex, creamy finish, and the fine bead of bubbles. The low dosage keeps the wine dry and crisp.
