Vineyards are 180 metres above sea level, with a dense structure of about 5500 stumps per hectare. The winemaking team focuses on growing indigenous grapes to fully respect the traditions of the region. This Cabernet Sauvignon is velvety and persuasive. Hand picked in mid September and fermented in steel tanks. The 'Cabern Sovignon' is firstly aged
