Jorge Ordonez & Co. No 4 Esencia, Malaga, Spain 2013 375ml Murgo A subtle thread of ground

A subtle thread of ground cardamom and clove spice unravels through flavors of glazed apricot

Aroma of wild berry and currant lead to a spicy palate of red fruit accompanied by fine

iron ore and crushed stone

and the structure on the palate shows a lovely balance between the tannin

cherry and a little bit of oak

Jorge Ordonez & Co. No 4 Esencia, Malaga, Spain 2013 375ml Murgo A subtle thread of groundIncredibly complex. Intense, golden jam colored. Captivating nose with aromas of jellies and caramelized tropical fruits. Deeply concentrated and full bodied in the mouth, followed by a long and pure finish. Essence is a unique product, made from Muscat of Alexandria raisins. During the traditional process of drying the grapes in the sun, their natural aromas are weakened, which is why we dry the grapes in the shade, preserving their freshness.
