Entre Manos Blanco Tequila Springbank 15 Year Single Malt Scotch 1 Barrel Aged Orange BittersJaime Villalobos Sauza, a fifth generation Maestro Tequilero of the storied Sauza family and the rising young star helming Hacienda de Oro (NOM 1522) in Amatitn, the historic birthplace of tequila. For this unique collaboration, Jamie chose to center on the production methods of his grandparents and the generations which came before them, using only three ingredients: agave, water, and ambient wild yeast. Every batch is fermented spontaneously, and
