Estate Red Wine 2023 campaign-feature this was distilled in 2007The red half of Matthew Rorick's estate Queen of the Sierra trilogy, drawn from his organically farmed Rorick Heritage Vineyard at 2,000 feet in Calaveras County. The 2023 leans on Zinfandel, Barbera, Tempranillo, Trousseau Noir, and Mondeuse, fermented spontaneously with partial whole cluster and 14 to 21 days on the skins, then raised in neutral barrel and stainless. The hallmark is tension: bright, forward red fruit pulled into focus by supple
