1899 $2 "Mini Porthole" Silver Certificate Fr. 257 - Very Good/Fine Prooflike Keep in mind Johnson &The 1899 $2 features a miniature vignette of George Washington flanked by an allegorical agriculture and mechanics at left and right on the face. I'd call it Very Good+, but I can easily see this note making it into a Fine 12 holder. 1 pinhole.
