Set on post and butterfly fittings

inscribed on the reverse “Frances Lady Haversham Born 1646” beneath a baron’s coronet in a later 18th century fine 18ct gold pendant mount

The central ruby is approximately 90 points with two rose cut diamonds either side which spread approximately 75 points each to a pretty engraved shank
