"Gail Wines" Doris Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon Bed & Bath raspberries and pronounced yeastiness onGail wines is a project founded in 2013 by former sommelier Dan O'Brien that provides a breath of fresh air and a nod to the restrained classics of the past. With spontaneous fermentations and aging in neutral oak, these wines are pure fruited and filled with finesse. The Doris Cabernet Sauvignon sits at an ideal 13. 5% alcohol. Dark berry fruits are layered with herbaceous undertones of eucalyptus and mint. This is California Cab as it should be.
